You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your Betaacom account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and any other information required at the time of registration or identity verification. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
Betaacom operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time we consider appropriate, we may require you to submit identity documents including a valid CNIC, utility bill or other proof of identity and address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
Players residing in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not eligible to register or play at Betaacom. It is your responsibility to ensure that using the platform is lawful in your location.
Your Betaacom account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. All deposits must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. All deposit methods are subject to availability and may change from time to time.
Deposits made via mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are credited to your Betaacom account immediately upon confirmation. IBFT and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. Betaacom does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours for standard accounts and with priority processing for VIP members. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method associated with your account. This is a security measure to prevent fraud.
Note: Funds in your Betaacom account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
All transactions on Betaacom are conducted exclusively in PKR. There are no currency conversions, no foreign exchange exposure and no additional exchange fees. The balance displayed in your account is always the exact PKR amount available to you.

Zero Tolerance: Betaacom has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, cheating and money laundering. Any account involved in such activity will be permanently closed without prior notice, and all associated balances forfeited. Betaacom will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
Betaacom reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
If your account is closed due to a suspected breach of these terms, Betaacom will conduct an investigation before making any final decision regarding account balances. If no wrongdoing is confirmed, any legitimate balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, the balance may be withheld or forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
You may request closure of your own Betaacom account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to any pending wagering requirements on active bonus funds.

If you continue to use the Betaacom platform after the updated terms take effect, this constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
