Account & Registration 8 questions

Registering at Betaacom takes under two minutes. Go to the Register page, fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number and email address, then choose a username and password. After submitting, you'll receive a verification OTP on your mobile — enter it to activate your account instantly. No documents are needed at this stage; KYC verification is only required when you process your first withdrawal.

To permanently close your account, contact Betaacom's 24/7 support team via live chat or email at support@betaacom.app. Before closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. You must be 18 years of age or older. This is confirmed during registration and verified via KYC before your first withdrawal is processed. Deposits 8 questions

Log in, go to the Cashier section and select Deposit. Choose your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard — and enter the amount. All deposits are in PKR. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically credited to your account within 30 seconds. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to two hours depending on your bank.

The minimum deposit at Betaacom is Rs 300. This applies across all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit stated on the platform, though individual payment methods may have their own daily transaction limits set by the provider — for example, Easypaisa wallet-to-wallet transfers have a standard daily limit set by Telenor.

Betaacom accepts: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT (bank transfer to any Pakistani bank), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees or hidden charges on deposits at Betaacom.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits usually appear within 60 seconds. If it has been more than five minutes, refresh your account page first. If the balance has still not updated, contact Betaacom support via live chat and provide your transaction reference number (shown in your mobile wallet's transaction history). We will trace the payment and manually credit your account if the transfer was confirmed on the sender's side. Most missing deposit cases are resolved within 30 minutes.

Betaacom does not charge any fees on deposits from our side. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, some Easypaisa or JazzCash inter-wallet transfers may carry a small service charge depending on your wallet type and mobile operator. Yes — Betaacom provides deposit limit tools in your account settings under Responsible Gaming. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately. No. All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted at Betaacom and will be returned. This policy protects both players and the platform from financial fraud. Withdrawals must also go to a payment method in your own name that has been verified through KYC.

IBFT transfers are usually credited within one to two hours during banking hours (9am–5pm weekdays). Transfers made outside banking hours or on public holidays may take up to the next business day to process, depending on your bank. If your IBFT deposit has not appeared after four hours during business hours, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals 7 questions

Log in and go to the Cashier section, then select Withdraw. Choose your verified payment method, enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum Rs 500) and confirm. Withdrawals to Easypaisa or JazzCash wallets are processed within one to four hours, around the clock. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal at Betaacom is Rs 500. There is no stated maximum withdrawal limit, though very large withdrawals may be split into multiple transactions depending on the payment method's daily transfer limits. If you need to withdraw a large amount and want to confirm the best process, contact our support team before submitting the request.

Easypaisa and JazzCash wallet withdrawals are typically completed within one to four hours of approval. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals follow a similar timeline. IBFT bank transfers are processed within one business day. VIP players at higher tiers receive priority processing, with withdrawals often completed within 30 minutes. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week at Betaacom.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal to confirm your identity, age and payment method ownership. You will need to submit a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot or statement showing your payment method is registered in your name. This process protects you from fraud and ensures your winnings can only be paid out to you. Most KYC submissions are reviewed and approved within two to four hours during business hours.

If your withdrawal has been pending for more than four hours (Easypaisa/JazzCash) or 24 hours (IBFT), contact Betaacom support via live chat with your withdrawal reference number. Common causes of delays include: pending KYC verification, a mismatch between the account name and payment method name, or a technical issue with the payment provider. Betaacom does not add withdrawal fees on our side. Your payment provider may apply their own incoming transfer fees depending on your account type. Yes — if your withdrawal is still in "pending" status (not yet processed), you can cancel it from your account's withdrawal history page. The funds will be returned instantly to your Betaacom balance. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to your payment provider, it cannot be reversed. If you cancel a withdrawal frequently, Betaacom may ask you to confirm your intentions to protect your account security.

Bonuses & Promotions 8 questions

The welcome bonus is applied automatically when you make your qualifying first deposit. There is no promo code required. After your first deposit is credited, the bonus amount appears in your account alongside your real money balance. The full terms — including wagering requirements and eligible games — are shown on the promotion details page and in your account's Bonuses section.

A wagering requirement specifies how many times you must bet the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit, depending on the offer) before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place Rs 20,000 worth of qualifying bets before the bonus becomes real money. Your progress is shown as a percentage in your account's Bonuses section. Not all games contribute equally — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute less.

Each bonus has its own validity period, clearly displayed in the offer terms and in your account's Bonuses section. Welcome bonuses typically remain valid for 30 days from the date they are credited. Reload bonuses and weekly offers usually carry shorter validity windows of 7 to 14 days. If a bonus expires before you complete the wagering requirement, it and any winnings generated from it are removed from your account.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be played through according to the wagering requirements first. Your real money balance (from deposits or completed wagering) is always available for withdrawal, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount. If you wish to forfeit an active bonus and withdraw your deposit only, you can do so from the Bonuses section of your account — but any bonus funds and winnings generated from the bonus will be removed.
